Services at the TRIANGLE
- CLEANING: UNIC RESIDENCES provides three types of cleaning services at a small charge and upon request.
- STANDARD: A regular, general cleaning that will keep your room in good condition. Our cleaning crew will try their best to deliver a decent, clean and tidy room. This option comes at the price of €25.
- PREMIUM :The cleaning crew will give emphasis to details and the hardest jobs including the fridge,windows and balcony. This option comes at the cost of €40.
- CHECK OUT: We expect the rooms during your check-out to be professionally cleaned and to be delivered to and from the tenants in the same excellent condition.This option is mandatory during your check out procedure and it comes at the cost of €70.
You can order your cleaning service directly at the reception area of the residences or electronically at [email protected] . You are requested to place your order 3 working days in advance.
- PARKING: Tenants can park their vehicles in designed underground covered parking areas at a cost of €200 for the duration of the tenancy. Motorcycle and bicycles parking is free of charge.
- WELCOME PACKAGE:All-in-one pack. The most convenient and direct purchase for your home equipment. You can find the detailed list here.
- LAUNDRY AREA: All UNIC RESIDENCES buildings are fully equipped with card operated self-service laundry facilities for the exclusive use of tenants.
- ARRIVAL (check-in) AND DEPARTURE (check-out): Due to the policy of the UNIC RESIDENCES rooms have to be delivered to and from the tenants in the same excellent condition. Upon your arrival (check-in) at the residences, you will be requested to sign your contract and inspect your room accompanied by a staff member and sign the itinerary list. Your room is expected to be to the best shape possible and at the same shape it would be delivered back.
